This is the quickest way for us to to find your new home. Our tenancies are Short Assured Tenancies and are granted for a minimum term of 6 months, which may be renewed if all parties are in agreement.

Accompanied viewings will be conducted at mutually convenient times, including evenings
and weekends. An experienced member of staff will be happy to offer advice and answer any questions you may have in relation to the property.
Reserving the property
If you decide to proceed with an application to rent a property, you will need to reserve it
by paying a reservation fee. This is a non-refundable fee, so, if for any reason the tenancy does not proceed, then no refund will be due.
As part of the application procedure we will require satisfactory references from your employer/college/previous or current landlord(s), and a credit reference report. Dependent on circumstances, we may also require
a personal reference, and a guarantor.
Rent and Bills
Rents are payable in advance on a "per calendar monthly" basis. The tenant is also responsible for payment of Council Tax and Utilities (eg Gas, Electricity, Telephone and TV Licence). All rent monies are
payable by Standing Order to our Company Bank Account.
A refundable security deposit of at least one month's rent will ALWAYS be required. The deposit is held to cover any damage, breakages,or other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenant to cover rent.
Insurance for Tenants
We recommend that you have insurance cover in place from the beginning of your tenancy.
As appointed agents for a leading insurance broker, we are able to offer a variety
of competitive insurance products for tenants including:
- Tenant's Contents Insurance
